Someone Designed It That Way

In Website Redesign

Create a strategy before building your website

A website is just a tool.  It only does exactly what it was designed to do.

If a website crashes, guess what? Someone designed it that way.

If your visitors are not converting to leads or sales...
If your visitors can't find the information they're looking for...
If your website is "all about you" and doesn't resonate with the visitor...
If people are abandoning their shopping cart...
If visitors are not signing up for your free trial...
If your website is not mobile-friendly...
If visitors are not clicking CTA's...
If landing page visits are up, but conversions are down...
...someone designed it that way.

If someone gets to your website and thinks to themselves, "This is exactly what I'm looking for," guess what? Someone designed it that way.

More specifically, they probably started with an Inbound Strategy, nailed the Buyer Personas, then designed the website to enable the execution of the strategy. Does a website redesign matter if there isn't a strategy directly tied to revenue goals driving the redesign?

I'm certainly biased, but we have the cutest web designers in the world.
